Welcome to Enrich Kid. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided
Enrich Kid offers a service to search and book extracurricular activities for children. We charge a service fee of 6% of the total cost of the booked activities (before tax).

3. Service Fee
The service fee is 6% of the total cost of the extracurricular activities you choose to book through us. This fee is non-refundable and will be added to the total amount due for the activities.

4. Booking Process
4.1 To initiate a booking, you must provide us with relevant details about your child’s interests, preferred activities, and any specific requirements.
4.2 We will search for suitable extracurricular activities based on the information provided.
4.3 Upon finding appropriate activities, we will present the options to you for review.
4.4 Once you select an activity, we will proceed with the booking on your behalf.
4.5 You will receive a confirmation of the booking along with the details of the activity and the total cost.

 

5. Payment Terms
5.1 You will be sent an invoice and are required to pay within 7 days.
5.2 Payments can be made via e-transfer to bookings@enrich-kid.com

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Once the booking is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellations or changes to the booked activities are subject to the terms and conditions of the activity provider.
6.2 The service fee is non-refundable regardless of any cancellations or changes to the booked activities.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We act as an intermediary between you and the activity providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or any issues related to the extracurricular activities provided by third parties.
7.2 Our liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

 

8. Privacy
8.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
